Our Projects
At Neurodiversity Support CIC, our projects are designed to empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive — not just cope. Each project we run is built around real needs and shaped by lived experience, ensuring that our support is practical, inclusive, and person-centred.
From one-to-one mentoring and life skills workshops to creative therapies and peer support groups, we offer safe, welcoming spaces where young people and families can build confidence, connect with others, and discover their strengths.
Whether you’re looking for help with employment, mental health, education, or just a place to feel understood — our projects are here to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.
Our Projects
Inclusive boxing-based fitness and wellbeing sessions tailored for neurodiverse individuals to support mental and physical health.
A supportive space for autistic children and their families, offering guidance, neurodiverse-friendly activities, and peer connection.
Helping individuals in the community find meaningful employment through job search support, CV writing workshops, and interview preparation.
The Neurodiversity Wellbeing and Fitness project offers specialised fitness and wellbeing sessions with a focus on boxing, designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals. These sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where participants can improve their physical health, boost their confidence, and reduce anxiety through movement-based activities.
Our classes are adapted to meet individual sensory and communication needs, ensuring an inclusive environment for people with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions. The programme not only encourages physical fitness but also promotes social connection, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellbeing.
Led by experienced coaches who understand neurodiverse needs, this initiative empowers participants through routine, structure, and positive reinforcement. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, reduce stress, or just try something new, this programme is a great step toward a healthier, happier lifestyle for neurodiverse individuals.Enter Project Name: Neurodiversity wellbeing and fitness
The Autism Hub is a welcoming and inclusive space created to support autistic children and their families. Our aim is to provide a safe environment where children can truly be themselves, and where parents and carers can find support, guidance, and connection with others who understand their journey.
We offer a range of neurodiverse-friendly activities designed to support sensory needs, communication styles, and individual interests. From creative play to calming zones, every element of the hub is designed to promote confidence, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing.
For families, the Autism Hub provides practical advice, peer support, and a chance to share experiences and strategies in a non-judgemental environment. Whether you’re looking for information, community, or just a quiet space to relax, the hub is here to help every step of the way.
The Community Employment Support Agency is a local initiative dedicated to supporting individuals of all backgrounds in their journey to employment. This project is designed for job seekers who may be facing barriers to work, including young people, career changers, parents returning to work, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
Through a combination of tailored job search assistance, CV and cover letter workshops, and interview skills coaching, the agency empowers participants with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to secure meaningful employment.
The project also offers one-to-one support, access to job listings, connections with local employers, and practical sessions to build digital skills essential in today’s job market.
By fostering skills development, confidence, and community connections, the Community Employment Support Agency helps reduce unemployment and supports social inclusion, ultimately enabling individuals to achieve greater independence and financial stability.
