Café Neuro is open to anyone and everyone that is neurodiverse across Leicestershire and Rutland, including those who are:

Autistic or ADHD
Living with learning disabilities or mental health needs
Looking for a welcoming, non-judgmental space to grow and connect

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join. If you identify as neurodiverse or feel you’d benefit from the support we offer — you are welcome.

Our Cafe

Why it matters

Many young people feel like they don’t quite fit in, especially in traditional school or work settings. Café Neuro provides an alternative: a place where you can just be you, surrounded by people who get it. It’s about building community, confidence, and the tools to take your next step — whatever that may be.
