About Us
Neurodiversity Support CIC was founded by parents of autistic children. We recognised the need for a local organisation dedicated to helping individuals, their parents, and carers affected by Autism and neurodiverstiy. Since then, we have advised, supported, guided, facilitated several events to cater for the neurodiverse community.

The Neurodiversity Wellbeing and Fitness project offers specialised fitness and wellbeing sessions with a focus on boxing, designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals. The Community Employment Support Agency is a local initiative dedicated to supporting individuals of all backgrounds in their journey to employment. This project is designed for job seekers who may be facing barriers to work, including young people, career changers, parents returning to work, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
Through a combination of tailored job search assistance, CV and cover letter workshops, and interview skills coaching, the agency empowers participants with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to secure meaningful employment.
The project also offers one-to-one support, access to job listings, connections with local employers, and practical sessions to build digital skills essential in today’s job market.
By fostering skills development, confidence, and community connections, the Community Employment Support Agency helps reduce unemployment and supports social inclusion, ultimately enabling individuals to achieve greater independence and financial stability.
